Weddings

Day of Coordination/Event Management-
Day of wedding coordination is designed for the couple who has organized all aspects of their ceremony and reception but would like professional rehearsal and day of management. We focus on tying up all loose ends in this package to ensure the couple has the best day possible while remaining as stress free as possible.
Partial Service-
This package is perfect for the couple who is excited to plan the details and may have even completed majority of the process, but would like the professional support and guidance as the big day nears.
Full Coordination-
The full coordination package is for the client who is looking to be graciously guided through the wedding planning process. This could be the couple who is either too busy to manage all of the details, or the couple who just simply wants a seamless, stress free planning process. Either way, you will be involved in every decision, while spending more of your time enjoying engagement while we handle the details.

What is the difference between an event coordinator and an event planner?
Generally speaking, the planner makes critical decisions regarding what, when, who, and how. More specifically, event planning is the creative, pre-event process. It consists of managing all activities before the actual event and helping the client to make such decisions as: colors/themes, decorations, entertainment choices, etc. An event coordinator, on the other hand, is responsible for making sure all the details of your special day are executed and that each vendor shows up on time and performs appropriately. Now this isn't to say that coordinators never get creative and at Poised & Polished, we incorporate both based on your needs to create the perfect event.
Do you offer customized services?
Absolutely! At Poised & Polished, we understand that no two events, nor clients are alike and with that in mind, all of our packages are customizable to fit your specific needs.
Will you work with vendors that we select, or only those that you recommend?
Although we have a wonderful list of recommended vendors, we will gladly work with vendors of your choice to execute your special day.
